ARVIA Returns Policy

At ARVIA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at support@arvia.com.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
When reaching out, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (if applicable) showing the issue

What Happens Next

  • We aim to review and process all requests within 15 business days.

  • If your return or refund is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions.
    ⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) service.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the same currency used at checkout.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 15–25 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks

  • Sample items

  • Items deliberately damaged or altered

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Custom-printed or made-to-order products produced exactly as requested

  • Items deemed unnecessary due to delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong address, phone number, etc.)

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@arvia.com.co with your order number.

Shipping Delays & Compensation

Small orders:

  • Shipping is usually completed within 2–5 business days.

  • If no shipping information is available by the 6th business day, you may be eligible for up to 10% compensation of your order value.

⚠️ This compensation does not apply if delays are due to customer-side changes (additional requests, incorrect shipping details, etc.).

Claims Timeline

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Lost packages: must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
